Stress Free Zone is run by Rachael Hawes, a Yoga Teacher, Holistic Therapist, Crystal
Rachael offers many different approaches to combating stress and encourages
people to use these approaches to help bring themselves to a state of balance
and harmony.
Rachael teaches yoga classes in Bedfordshire and also provides one to one yoga
sessions and corporate classes for companies such as Cable & Wireless in Bletchley.
She is a casual coach for Team Beds & Luton, which involves teaching yoga in schools,
colleges and taking “Get Back Into” classes. She is fully CRB checked.
Holistic Therapies are carried out in “The Healing Room”, a specially built cabin at the
end of Rachael’s garden in Marston Moretaine.
Rachael uses her crystal therapy knowledge to create jewellery, specialising in Birth
Path crystal charm bracelets. She uses Numerology to determine the Birth Path number,
crystal beads with properties that support the lessons of the Birth Path and PMC
(Precious Metal Clay) to make fine silver charms to create beautiful, one off charm
bracelets. Each bracelet comes with ascroll and basic info relating to the Birth Path.

 About
“Stress Free Zone has been
born out of my own personal
quest to find inner peace and
harmony after experiencing
many years of anxiety and
panic attacks. Of all that I have
studied, I have found yoga to
be the simplest way to bring
the body into balance and the
mind to a level of stillness
where we can begin to hear
the call of our own inner voice
above the cacophony of
worries and fears that often
hold us back.”
                 Rachael x
Rachael would like to offer gratitude to her yoga teachers over the years, starting from the beginning with Kevin Silous (Hatha),
Bridget Woods Kramer (where I first fell in love with Anusara!), Jenny & all the teachers at Ickwell Bury, especially  Angela
Thompson (Hatha), Brigitte Rooney (Anusara Inspired), Jaquie Stretton (Remedial), Sue Hill (Iyenger) and most recently Anusara
teachers Claire Murphy and Bruce Bowditch. Each has imparted to me a special gift and if there is one thing I have learnt  for
sure its that there is no one way to approach yoga and whichever way you approach it, its all good...but my heart lies with
Anusara!
