Tofte Manor is home to a beautiful labyrinth that can be walked for contemplation and healing, as well as being
a venue for many spiritual retreats.
Marston Vale is home to the Millennium Country Park and within walking distance from Stress Free Zone. This a
great place to de-stress. You can enjoy a leisurely walk, watch sailing on Stewartby Lake, hire bicycles, birdwatch,
visit the wetlands and see a multitude of wildlife, get involved in conservation projects....or simply enjoy a cuppa
and some tasty grub in the restaurant. There is a kids play area and a gift shop too.
Box End Park is where I run my Yoga classes. Classes are held in the Boat House, overlooking the boat lake.
This is also the place where I spend most of my spoare time wakeskating and it is a great space to visit.
You can relax in the bar, walk around the lakes or treat yourself to some lunch or dinner in Corner 5 restaurant,
whilst watching the cable riders trying to master obstacles and inverts! If you’re feeling adventurous you
can also have a go at waterskiing and wakeboarding on the boat or cable tow.
