Terms & Conditions
CLASSES
Stress Free Zone will endeavor to keep all classes, courses and workshops covered but reserves the right to
cancel any class, course or workshop without prior notification.
SESSIONS CARDS
Session Cards can be used in any open Stress Free Zone Yoga class but must be used up by
the expiry date on the card. Should Stress Free Zone have to cancel any classes, the expiry date
will be extended at the proprietors discretion. Session cards are non-transferable and may not be used for
courses or masterclass workshops.
COURSES & WORKSHOPS
Some courses and workshops require a minimum number of students in order for them to run.
Should for any reason this number not be met or for any other reason the course cancelled, all monies paid
will be refunded in full. Students will be notified of any cancellations before the commencement date of the
course and all monies refunded within the next 7 working days.
If a student wishes to cancel for any reason they will be fully refunded up to 14 days prior to the
commencement of the course, unless they have paid by Pay Pal invoice, in which case they will be
refunded the course cost minus £3. Cancellations between 7-14 days prior to commencement are transferable
towards other courses, session cards or holistic therapies. Cancellations within 7 days prior to commencement
are non refundable or transferable.
THERAPIES & ONE TO ONE YOGA
24hrs notification is required to cancel any holistic therapy booked with Stress Free Zone. Where a cancellation
is made within 24 hours, payment is due in full or the appointment transferred at the proprietors discretion.
JEWELLERY
Due to the delicate nature of Birth Path Charm Bracelets there is no official guarantee, however, should
a clasp become faulty within 3 months I will happily change it as should a charm break/snap within that
time I will happily make another. I cannot guarantee the split rings that hold on the charms, however, should you
notice the split ring is becoming loose I will send you another split ring with instuctions on how to change it.
There is no reason that, if worn with care, your Birth Path Charm Bracelet will snap or break. If it does it will
be through catching it and pulling it. with extreme force, often unintentionally. Should this happen you may
return it and I can restring it at a cost of £10 (plus the cost of any replacement beads if necessary).
